Welcome to most important event of the year - the 2011 National Congress. It's here where we elect the new board for 2012, set the plan of action and the budget for the year to come. It's here were members can go to great trainings, network, become the Swedish debating champion and go to outstanding parties at night. This congress will involve some extra spice also. Due to the location and that part of the program is in English the congress team are expecting many international guests. One guest is already confirmed - the JCI President Kentaro Harada from Japan who will be joining us for the congress. So as the theme says Map your way to Success and come!

It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the national congress of JCI Sweden, which takes place in Stockholm, Sweden, October 6-9, 2011. This year the event will be hosted by JCI Stockholm City. During the three days in October, both members and non-members of JCI will have the chance to listen to seminars, participate in workshops, and mingle with intriguing people, only to mention a few activities that comprise this year’s congress. Central to the congress theme is the map to success. The aim is that every person could have access to one map which would serve as an aid in the decisions involving everyday life. From where I see it, some people already have a map, other needs to create it; either way by meeting and sharing insights, we are given the opportunity to develop as a person and by then, we will go even further .
